10"/25 cm tall.  255grams.   Label reads Crystal handmade Belfor from Czechoslovakia.

Not sure - but I was under the impression that the Belfor Label was just an *Import Label*.  Can that be confirmed?  The post of the Glass Bears ( Jablonecke Sklarny ) also have the Belfor label on them
